A Charted Qualification holder in Human Resource Management and also Pearson BTEC Level 7 Post Graduate Professional Qualification holder from Pearson College London, with two and half years of career experiences in corporate HR field and one-year government service experiences. Ever since Wathsala was a kid, she was keen on business and always wanted to start her entrepreneurial journey in a unique way. Prior to becoming a business partner in 1% Club, she was a self-employed person. Wathsala is always ready to accept challenges, a risk taker, she works well under pressure, innovative and also a good team player. Wathsala is a good listener and a kind hearted person.
