Mr. Muhsin is M.A. graduate in Development Studies (Rural Livelihoods and Development) (2010). He started his career as a lecturer in 2006 at Wollo University in Ethiopia after holding his B.A. degree in Cooperatives Business Management (2006). Mr. Muhsin has 15+ years of work experience serving as a lecturer (7 years) and as a development expert (8+ years) in 4 INGOs (International Non-Government Organizations) in different parts of Ethiopia.

Mr. Muhsin has strong background and expertise in formulation, management, coordination, monitoring and evaluation and analyzing of the economic, social, and institutional aspects of market-oriented development interventions with his solid analytical & systemic thinking skills. Mr. Muhsin, as a co-lead author, has written four published training materials as well.

Irrespective of the about of the income (salary) he earns, however, Mr. Muhsin has been working for the past 15+ years hating employment. As a man who loves to help people, the only think that has been making Mr. Muhsin to be happy in his career was the change he observes in the people to whom he was employed to work for. He believes that people who sell coffee on road-side are better than employed people. Mr. Muhsin believes that irrespective of the challenges facing working consistently towards our passion is the key for success. Mr. Muhsin is always desired and committed to raise first himself in multitude aspects of his life and to help other people.
