Ms.Windy is a Young and very optimistic Entrepreneur from Rwanda east Africa ,MBA graduate with extensive experience leading operations, projects, and staff within the organization. Reliable, Tactful, Accountable and Transparent , goofy by nature, friendly , Teamplayer, understand Culture diversity within the organization with  good communication skills, Humanitarian by nature and she is most seen supporting education for all and spreading awareness on mental health issues, public speaking , training expert, business consultant with Proven track record in getting companies to be certified by the local government institutions. When asked of what her motivation was she said . «  my love language is giving back to my people and I can’t do that before helping myself , I am just happy to work with a company that allows me to achieve both my dream while uplifting others along the way, I am  in the very early days of the rise of the Super-Connected Enterprise, and I’m ALL IN on this exciting future.”» Ms.Windy is also encourages all young fellows to join other industries such as agriculture, logistics,..." We can not all be singers and movie actors",she said.

Ms.Windy is a good singer and song writer who decided to pursue her studies instead , we hope to hear some of her hits one day ! And at last she has a message for everyone trying to join 1% Club. "You can never win until you take risks and there is no better day to start other than today ! You don't have to be great to join my team , I just want you to be willing to be great and learning something new everyday!"
